Skill-development training at Amar Seva Sangam
The pathway from ability to opportunity
Ability to Livelihood

Training designed around the person, not just the trade.

Skill development is an important part of Amar Seva Sangam’s approach to empowerment beyond rehabilitation. Training opportunities are tailored to each individual’s abilities, interests, and support needs.

The objective is not simply course completion. Training is intended to build practical capability, confidence, workplace readiness and pathways towards economic participation.

Amar Seva Sangam's vocational initiatives therefore connect training with real work environments, production activities, employment opportunities and self-employment wherever appropriate.
